You also agree to the following statements:

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS: I understand that naturally occurring disease processes (including, but not limited to, the novel coronavirus or COVID-19), may exist in the community, and present an inherent risk that cannot be eliminated 100%. I acknowledge that, although Music Together Around The Towns is adhering to and exceeding all guidelines as outlined by the CDC to avoid contact, transmittal, and exposure of disease processes between people in our class, it is ultimately my responsibility to ensure that I and my child take appropriate actions to safe-guard ourselves. I understand and agree that as a registrant of this class, I am accepting the inherent risk that I could be exposed to an asymptomatic carrier of COVID-19.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I, on behalf of myself and my child hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue Music Together Around The Towns and its owners, managers, members, employees, agents, and volunteers (“Released Parties”) for any claims that may arise out of or relate in any way to my or my child’s exposure to any communicable disease, including but not limited to the novel coronavirus or COVID-19. The claims hereby released include, but are not limited to, claims of negligence against any of the Released Parties.

**By registering for our in-person classes and attending them, you affirm "I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. BY ENROLLING IN THE IN-PERSON CLASS, I UNDERSTAND I HAVE GIVEN UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS AND THAT THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL DOCUMENT."

Cleaning ProtocolsAlcohol-based hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available for use during class. Some instruments and props may be taken out of circulation. Families are welcome to bring their own props from home rather than using those provided by Music Together Around The Towns. All instruments will be disinfected at the end of class with CDC approved cleaners.

Tuition: Tuition must be paid before at the time of registration. You may pay on our website via PayPal or your credit card. Siblings must be from the same family. Nanny shares do not count as being in the same family. Please contact Michelle with any questions.

Refunds: Refunds (less a $20 cancellation fee) are available only before the first day of class unless the class is canceled. If the class is canceled you will receive a full refund.

Makeups: If you need to makeup a class, please use our Make-up Scheduler. Makeups are based on availability and not guaranteed. In order to accommodate everyone, please limit makeups to (2) classes. Classes do not carry over to the next session.

Phones: Please turn all communication devices to silent. If you must take a call, please do so outside the classroom.

Photos & Video:  Capturing memories of our children is wonderful and important, but being in the moment with your child is the reason you are taking the class! Please take photos/videos during the Play Along song only. And please be considerate of the other families in the classroom.

Shoes: In order to keep our floors clean and safe for our babies and children, we ask you to leave your shoes at the door. Adults, please wear clean socks or slippers. Our little ones can be barefoot.

Eating & Drinking: Please feel free nurse/bottle feed your child, but snacks and ALL beverages are not allowed in the classrooms.

Weather Closings & School Delays: We follow the school closing schedule in the town where each class is held. If a school district is closed/delayed, we will be as well. We will notify you via email, on our Facebook page and on our website.

Mixed Ages: All classes, except for Babies Classes, are Mixed Age from 0-5. Mixed age classes have been found to be beneficial for children’s development. This also allows for families to make Music Together®. For reasons of privacy and security, we cannot disclose the age of anybody's child to anybody else.

Privacy: We never give your contact information or other private information out to anybody without your permission. However, by enrolling in a Music Together® class at this licensed Music Together center, you agree that any information you provide will be shared with Music Together Worldwide (MTW). For information about how MTW uses and stores your personal information, please review the Music Together Worldwide Privacy Policy.

Special Circumstances: We want everyone to be able to experience the joy of making music. If you have a special need, including financial issues or perhaps your child needs additional support, please contact us directly and we will work to help you.

Disclaimer: Finally, our number goal at Music Together Around The Towns is to offer music classes that are fun and safe for all. We reserve the right to dismiss a family when, in our sole discretion, that family cannot be served in a safe manner and with respect for the rights of other class-members. Dismissal is accompanied by a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the semester less a $50 administrative fee.
